What it costs

Our management fee is 15% of booking revenue.

Pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance and compliance tracking are all included, with no hidden add-ons. Cleaning is usually covered by the guest's cleaning fee.

Registration and licensing setup for new owners is quoted separately, so you know the cost upfront.

What does an Airbnb property manager do?

We run your rental day to day: listing, pricing, guest messages, check-ins, cleaning, maintenance and reviews. We also keep you compliant with local registration and tax rules.

How much does Airbnb management cost in Toronto?

If your listing is in your own Airbnb account, you add us as a co-host and remove your current manager, and your reviews stay. If your manager hosts it under their account, we will walk you through your options.
