Ali Cheema, founder of Oakwood BnB, started as a host himself. Ten years ago he began self hosting and learned the business one guest at a time — pricing, cleaning standards, house rules and the small details that turn a stay into a five-star review.

Today he brings that experience to other owners as a co-host. Ali leads a team of five who handle property management and guest communications for entire homes, condos and cottages across Toronto and the GTA — more than 18,000 guests hosted so far.

What it costs

Our management fee is 20% of booking revenue.

Pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance and compliance tracking are all included, with no hidden add-ons. Cleaning is usually covered by the guest's cleaning fee.

Registration and licensing setup for new owners is quoted separately, so you know the cost upfront.

We screen every guest before confirming, set house rules for group stays, and price and present larger homes to attract families and groups, not parties.

I'm unhappy with my current manager. How do I switch?

If your listing is in your own Airbnb account, you add us as a co-host and remove your current manager, and your reviews stay. If your manager hosts it under their account, we will walk you through your options.
